I have a Non-Premium Workspace that holds a Dataflow that is being used in an Excel file by a co-worker that has a Pro - License.
When he goes to refresh the Excel workbook he receives the, "We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again."
It also states that, "You are currently signed in." And the selected tab to the left is set at Organizational account.
When he clicks Connect he cannot get any further than this.
Clicking the 'Sign in as a different user' provides the web popup for him to select his information. Then he clicks Connect again and it has no effect.
What am I missing. He should have no problem updating this Excel Workbook.

Hi @RobRayborn -If your co-worker is working with a Dataflow from a non-premium workspace, you need to:
1.Either upgrade the workspace to Premium or
2.Share the dataset in a Pro workspace.
Open the Data tab in Excel > Get Data > Dataflows.
Go to the Power BI service > open the Dataflow > click on the Settings > Permissions and ensure that your co-worker is granted the necessary access.
Verify that the Dataflow is in a Premium Workspace or ensure proper sharing permissions for Pro users.Ensure that the correct credentials are used when connecting in Excel.Double-check the permissions on the Dataflow in Power BI.Try clearing the cache and resetting the data connection in Excel.Ensure there are no authentication conflicts with multiple accounts.
