Hi RobRayborn  -If your co-worker is working with a Dataflow from a non-premium workspace, you need to:

1.Either upgrade the workspace to Premium or

2.Share the dataset in a Pro workspace.

Open the Data tab in Excel > Get Data > Dataflows.

    • Click on Dataflow and check if the credentials are set properly (e.g., Organizational Account).
    • If credentials are incorrect or out of date, remove them and re-enter the credentials.

Go to the Power BI service > open the Dataflow > click on the Settings > Permissions and ensure that your co-worker is granted the necessary access.

Verify that the Dataflow is in a Premium Workspace or ensure proper sharing permissions for Pro users.Ensure that the correct credentials are used when connecting in Excel.Double-check the permissions on the Dataflow in Power BI.Try clearing the cache and resetting the data connection in Excel.Ensure there are no authentication conflicts with multiple accounts.
