3 years agoIt looks like you're having trouble authenticating your Power BI Desktop connection to your Azure Data Explorer (Kusto) in the Power BI Service.
One possible reason is that you are using the incorrect cluster name in the Power BI Service. In the Desktop version, you use "insights.playfab.com" as the cluster, but in the Service version, only "insights.playfab.com" is specified, which may not be the full source path.
To resolve this issue, you can try the following:
- Make sure you're using the correct cluster name in the Power BI Service, or
- Check if you have the correct permissions to access the Azure Data Explorer (Kusto) data source. If you're using a shared cluster, you may need to request access from the cluster administrator.
If neither of these steps resolves the issue, you may need to contact your Power BI administrator or Microsoft support for further assistance.
