MasonMA is correct, however because this is the Admin Monitoring workspace, you can't control the permissions on the semantic models.
These models are maintained by Microsoft and no one in your tenant will have access to them.
I honestly wouldn't try connecting to these models at all, I was doing that once (under the recommendation of the Microsoft employee who develops and maintains them) and then a change happened and I was no longer able to connect, resulting in me needing to rebuild everything from scratch.
What specific data are you trying to get out of them? We might be able to recommend which of the REST APIs you should use to get that data yourself.
