Creating custom reports using the models in the Admin Monitoring workspace

Since you can build from one semantic model but not the others, it probably means: you only have Build permission on that one model, and only Viewer or Read access on the other three.
To build content from the remaining three semantic models, my assumption is you will need Item-level Build access on each model, or a higher workspace role like Contributor/Member/Admin.
