Creating a gateway cluster

Hello,

I have installed a Power BI on-prem gateway on one of my servers long back and I didn't create or save the recovery key at that time. Now, I would like to create a gateway cluster. On the primary gateway instance, I have tried to create a new recovery key but it is giving me an error.

Here is the error:

"The recovery key is incorrect, please try again"

Can someone help me in creating a gateway cluster?
