Creating Subsets of a Master Report

I have one Power BI file with multiple tabs. Can I create subsets of tabs out of this file?

For example, my master report has tabs Report1, Report2, Report3, and Report4. My "Subset1" can have Report1 and Report2, my "Subset2" can have Report 3 and Report4, filtered to Value1, and my "Subset3" can have the same Report3 and Report4, but filtered to Value2. The subsets may be different Power BI files, but I only want to maintain the master file.

Is this possible?

Currently it is not possible to create subset tabs out of a single power BI report. Your only option is to create a new power BI desktop file which will have the selected report pages, You could then use the power BI app audiences to only display those reports to your specific audiences Also, please note that the current audience limit is 10.

    Hi jabrillo

Here is the workaround you can try:

Use Bookmark Navigator to create sub-tabs that allow you to switch between visuals on a Power BI report page. This can help you add functionality to your report that allows the report consumer to toggle between different visuals without having to leave a report page.

You can refer to the video below:
