Create relationship between 2 tables by using Date function on top of existing datetime column
Hi,
I want to create relationship between Date table (using Date field) and 1 fact table (using Datetime field) by using Date function on top of Datetime field to extract Date component and then creating relationship between both these Date fields. We can't create a calculated column since this is Direct Lake semantic model.
Can anyone please help on how to do this or any workaround to achieve this.

Hi, Anonymous
I don't think this is something you're allowed to do in the current version of Fabric, you can either add Date to the data source or change your connectionLearn about Direct Lake in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn
