Create pbi report with pbi service connected to ssas on prem?

Hi,
I want to ask a básic question:Is It possible to create a Report in pbi service, using live connection or Import mode to an ssas tabular Server on prem?
And more important, when Creating the Report, users can create measures Inside the Report? (we now that calculated columns is not possible)

In power bi service, it is possible to connect to an ssas tabular Server on prem using live connection mode, please refer to this article

SQL Server Analysis Services live data in Power BI

It is not possible to create any columns or measures in Power BI Service, neither for ssas tabular Server on prem nor other data sources.

As a best practice, Microsoft strongly recommends using Power BI Desktop because of the richness of the toolset and the ability to maintain a backup copy of the Power BI Desktop file locally.

When connnect to an ssas tabular Server on prem in Power BI Desktop, it is possible to create measures while creating reports.
