Create a quiz with an automatic score calculation in Power BI

I am trying to create an interactive quiz where the user goes through a number of questions and their score gets calculated with the result displayed at the end. Is this something that's possible to do in Power BI or another tool? I've tried Forms, which now has a quiz functionality, but that's a bit too simplistic. Thanks!

Power BI is a reporting tool. It has no memory. Use Kahoot or similar.
