Create a download button to export data from table visuals
Hi Community,
I have multiple pages with multiple table visuals. I want a single button that when clicked it will automatically export the current data in those table visuals.
Is there i way i can do this to make it easy for users.
Copiliot mentioned trying power automated im not sure where i can start for something like this. Any type of video/ guide would help a lot.
Thanks

Hi Nikhil234
Here's a video for your reference:Power BI export to excel and csv with Power Automate - YouTube
Here's a link about how to use the Power Automate to create a flow:
Export and email a report with Power Automate - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
And this document tells that when you create a Power Automate visual in a Power BI report, your end-users can run an automated flow, just by clicking a button in your report:
Create a Power Automate visual for Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
By the way, make sure you have the following prerequisites:
- At least one workspace in your Power BI tenant backed by a reserved capacity. This capacity can be any of the A1/EM1 - A6/P3 SKUs. Read more about reserved capacities in Power BI Premium.
- Access to the standard connectors in Power Automate which come with any Office 365 subscription.
