Create a dashboard pinning visuals from a published app

Hi All,

does any know if I can have users create their own dashboards pinning visuals from a published app?

On reports all works fine, the pin icon shows up and is active, but the guidelines here are not to let users access the datasets.

When the app where the same report above is published shows the pin for the same visual grayed out.

I didn't find in Microsoft documentation a reference to this limitation, if any.

Does anyone know?
