Create a composite column consisting of order ID and link

Hello everyone,

I want to generate a column that represents a clickable link in a matrix to a single order from our CRM system. We have stored order IDs in a column in our area hierarchy that I would like to use for this. In front of each of these IDs there must be a basic link in each cell of the column that has the clickable link. The two parts need to be combined for each line so I don't always have to copy and paste the order ID after the basic link to get to the order in the CRM.
