I work as part of a large organisation and I'm reponsible for a dashboad hundreds of users access via managed distribution lists which constantly change. It's become a huge pain point that there is seemingly no access request customisation. We have a centralised mailbox where all the default requests come in but the issue is twofold;
1. all requests come from powerbi.com not the user so we cannot have an auto-rule reply advising of the correct request procedure.
2. we cannot customise an access request landing page.
It seems logical that admins should be able to set customised landing pages or messages to avoid the delays we're experiencing plus the additional work involved in managing the access requests when it could be resolved very simply by havin the ability to advise of correct procedure from the outset.

Hi @teado25 ,
Admin has the following functions:
1. Full access to Power BI managemen tasks.
2. Enable and disable Power BI features.
3. Report on usage and performance.
4. Review and manage auditing.
But there is no access requests landing page, there are some specific functions, you can use power bi admin to go to the following URL to view:
This is the related document, you can view this content:

I understand all of these functions and options but this doesn't resolve my issue. My point is we should be able to point users in the correct direction of how to request access via our IT department instead of coming to the document owner (even if I've assigned the central mailbox).
Is there an ability to request features in future development?

Does this only apply to requesting build access to a dataset, or will this information also be sent to a user who requests access to a downstream report built on that dataset? The latter is what I really need.
If you have recently started exploring Fabric, we'd love to hear how it's going. Your feedback can help with product improvements.
