Create Template apps to be used ONLY by our internal organisation users

I am creating a workspace.  A setting exists for Template apps.

The goal is eventually create Template apps to be used by our internal organisation users, For example similiar to creating Power apps to be used for internal use only.  I do not want to share or Publish Template apps, or go to Power BI Apps marketplace. 

Reading the requirements it mentions to to publish a template app to the Power BI service and AppSource, you must meet the requirements for becoming a Partner Center publisher.

Becoming a Partner Center Publisher, seems abit of overkill if I want to create Template apps for internal use only.

Hi @dd88 ,

As far as I know, Power BI currently only supports people in your organization to download template apps through AppSource (Template app admin settings - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn), which means you'll need to publish your template app to AppSource first. Becoming a Partner Center Publisher is an essential step.
