Create Datamart Object in a PPU Workspace

Hi,

I'm facing problems creating a Datamart in Power BI Service.

I have a PPU licence and I can see Datamart Object in the selection pane "New" in my PPU Workspace.

As soon as I click on Create New Datamart, i get this error:

 

I've also tried to create a Datamart in Power BI in another Tenant from "Italy" and It works fine.

I've checked the settings in the Power BI Admin Portal and the Creation of Datamarts is Enableb in both Tenants.

 

Can anyone help me understanding why I get this error "Datamart is not provisioned in Italy" only in one tenant?

 

It is a real problem for me.

    Hi L_G ,

    First, we can confirm the Azure regions , as Italy and a few other specific regions do not support the Data Marketplace.

    As a second step, you can check if the tenant settings are set to only be used by the security group, and try to set it to the entire organization.
