Coworkers can't edit my reports

Hello,

So my coworkers and I just started the free pro trial a few weeks back but I am having issues sharing and granting access to them. I can share it just fine, but once they access it they can't edit my reports. When I go to the list of people with access and try to change it the only options it gives is to give them read or read and reshare access, there no owner option or option to let them edit. Is this because I am on the free pro trial? Or does the company need to get the premium account?

Thank you,

Kieran L.

Hi @Anonymous ,

1. Edit permission

Only roles other than ‘Viewer’ in the App workspace have the permission to edit your report.

2. Build permission

Build permission for shared datasets

Users who are not in the App workspace can only have build permission.

Lionel Chen

Hey, the problem is that the edit option isn't there for them

Is it maybe something in my computer privacy settings?

Hi there

Are the reports in "My Workspace" or in an App Workspace?

I would suggest moving the reports into an App Workspace, then add the users as Members or Admins to the App Workspace Roles (Access)
