Couln't load the data for this visual
- 4 years ago
Use DAX Studio to examine the query produced by the visual. Maybe there are too many records processed on the service.
Hi, Anonymous ;
1.What is your data source? A local gateway or a personal gateway?
2. If a gateway is involved check if the gateway is online.
3.Check the user and pw to the datsource associted to the reports.
4.Any RLS setting on published report? If this is a case, you need to assign roles to users.

Is the visual fed by your own data or someone else's dataset in a composite model?

lbendlin It receives data from a project in Google Cloud Platforms. This is not the only visual element that uses the same data from the GSP, but the only problem with it. I havn't this problem when I open the report on app.powerbi.com. The problem is observed by other users when They try to open the report on app.powerbi.com.
