Couldn't publish to powerbi

Hi All,

I created a report, the source is SSAS db. I am admin on the box that host SSAS services. Everything was fine until last week. Since this morning i am not able to publish the report to the power bi service. We have update the gateway to the latest version, did that cause any issue? Please see the attached screen shot error message. Please advice.

Hi @Anonymous ,

I tested but can't reproduce your issue. Did the issue happen before you updated your PBI desktop?

Or, you can create another type of workspace and publish your report the new workspace and check if the issue still happen.

If you are still unable to publish, try either of these:

1. Sign Out and Sign In again from PowerBI Desktop and then try to publish
2. Login in Power BI service, lick Get Data box on the lower left hand side and use “Files->Local file” entry to upload your PBIX file to pull/upload your file.

What happens if you had to upload the report to another app workspace to test?

Also can you confirm that the data source is successfully connected?

Thanks Gilbert, it finally let me publish the report to the power BI Service,

Now when i tried to access the report i am getting the attached error.
