Couldn't load the data for this visual

My colleague shared me a Power BI report and when I open it, i got the error screen. when I click on it, i get the detailed error message like:

    HTTP 401 is a "unauthorized" error code. 

    What is the visual?  Is this a direct query?  Does it work anywhere?  If so, are there any differences between those scenerios in networking terms.

     

    For example, if it works on your desktop application but not from the service, the difference will be that the service runs under the microsoft cloud, but the desktop is on your computer inside your network.
