Couldn't load the data for this visual

Hi 

 

I am currently using direct query with one of my data sources that connect to a SQL database. I get the below error when publishing the report to app.powerbi.com Does anyone know of a solution to this problem? All answers I have found refer to it as a bug?

 

The error suggests I contact support if the issue persists which it is.

    Is the on a local sql db ? If so did you set up a gateway ?

    and / or

    did you check the Datasource credentials after publishing the report
