Couldn't load the data for this visual

Have non-admin users getting this error for a report that was deployed. Myself (admin) and another user (also admin) have no issues seeing the visuals on the report. 

 

When I click on the technical details, here is the error message:

 

Couldn't retrieve the data for this visual. Please try again later.

Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details

    HI Machzy,

     

    I think you enable RLS on your datasource right? If this is a case, please enter to security setting to assign role to your users.

    Normally if you enable RLS and not assign roles, it will caused this issue.

    BTW, for admin or other users who has edit permission, RLS effect not works on them.(this is the reason why the issue only appears on read-permission users)
