Couldn't load the data for this visual

Afternoon,

I'm having an issue with a couple of visuals on a report I've made today when I publish it to my workspace on the service - some of them are working fine, but a couple of them are coming up with the following error:

cantloaddata.PNG

The source data's an Excel file of ~60k rows, the visuals in question are fairly simple - one's just a standard line graph with three measures, the other's the hierarchy slicer custom visual - there's two on this page, one of them is showing, the other, which is an exact copy of the first except using a different field, doesn't show. Any ideas on whether this is a temporary problem? Searching seems to suggest a possible error with RLS configuration, but I'm not using that at all in this one as I'm still building the report at this stage, other search results mostly point to different error codes. A colleague that I've shared the report with is also reporting the same error as well. TIA

HI @jthomson,

Based on official document, this is usually a transient issue. You can try again later or re-create tiles and pin to dashboard, then test on new one.

If this issue still appears, please contact and submit a support support for further support.

Will probably submit a ticket, was still not working this morning so tried deleting the visuals that didn't work and replacing them with new ones, which still produced that error, and as a bonus the visual that was working is now doing the same as well so nothing on the page works...
