Some users get this error on visuals temporarily while viewing the web for several hours and then it goes away without any change, then it affects other users, and so on, what is the problem? is this a bug?

Still, I didn't get the answer this issue affects random users for some time then it goes away, this issue started from February until now, and I don't think maintenance activities go all this time, I used the default visuals and I don't use Denodo connector
What are the datasources behind the visual? Is it working in Import mode?
Yes import, oracle database source
Could you specify maybe what does it mean that part: "while viewing the web for several hours"? Could you please explain a bit more this usage pattern? Also, do you have similar error on any other dataset that you own and share with others? This seems rather weird, could be related to authentication issues, but more details are needed how this report is being used, and how it's different from other solutions.
While viewing the report from the web browser, this error on visuals stays for about one hour then disappears and things return to normal, from about 600 users that view this report daily about 20 users get this error randomly each day, as Admin I don't get this error, users complain to me about when I use RLS view as user I got this error from their users

Verify that there were any known issues or maintenance activities at the time the error occurred by visiting the Power BI service status page. This can help determine if the issue is due to a temporary service outage.
Some errors, derived from the Power BI service, take precedence over errors that originate from the visual code. You can check the following link:

If you're using the Denodo connector in DirectQuery mode, be aware that visuals may display an error for more than 20 minutes after a Denodo Server restart or a brief period of going offline. The workaround for this particular scenario is to restart Power BI Desktop or the on-premises data gateway. You can check the following link:
