I found this error from only 2 users, other users can view/use this visual as usual. What is the problem? and How to solve it? Please suggest.
Thanks.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Thanks for your feedback.
1. No, I don't use RLS.
2/3/4. Due to my data source is connecting direct to Azure DB. I think performance sholud be fine.
Now, I suggested to my colleague to clear cache in web browser and let see the outcome afterthat.
Hi @nirun00s ,
1.Does the report use RLS? Make sure all users are added to the corresponding roles.
2.If the data source involves a gateway, make sure the gateway is running properly. You can create the same visual object in Desktop to see if all users can access it normally.
3.Check whether the privacy level in Desktop and Service is the same. Different privacy levels may affect data extraction.
4.This may be a data source performance issue. Try switching the connection mode to import.
Best Regards,
Wenbin Zhou
Hi @Anonymous ,
I have checked with my colleague regarding clearing the cache, but it didn't work. If you have an alternative solution, please let me know.
Thank you and regards,
