Could not load data for this visual

I found this error from only 2 users, other users can view/use this visual as usual. What is the problem? and How to solve it? Please suggest. Thanks.

Thanks for your feedback.

1. No, I don't use RLS. 

2/3/4. Due to my data source is connecting direct to Azure DB. I think performance sholud be fine. 

 

Now, I suggested to my colleague to clear cache in web browser and let see the outcome afterthat.
