Could not create workspace

Please, I need some help to create my workspace. See error message atached. Thank you so much for yours attention.

    Thanks.  Yes this looks like an Office 365 Tenancy settings issue to me.  Check with your Office 365 Administrator on what restrictions are in place in creating Office 365 Groups, which workspaces are presently rely upon.

    While i can't read that language, my question would be with regards to what access levels you have within Office 365.  Are you able to create Office 365 Groups?  My expectation is this is a tenancy level restriction and your particular account does not have sufficient access.
