Hi Community:
I've had trouble finding errors for two weeks right now and am still unable to fix the error.
Here is the message I've received when I refresh my data flow "we could not convert to number"
I can not fix the error as the message does not tell me which column or cell value containers, it only gives the table name.
Please help me solve this issue
Thank you very much

Thanks friends and fellow Power BI users for comments on this subject.
I've found the root causes now after some trials and errors.
Since I downloaded my data from an ERP system into excel for analysis, data types in excel do not always match the data type in ERP. What I've done is not to change data type in Excel, just do ETL process in Power BI Service and change data types there when loaded into service and later in Desktop when we have to edit querry and create data model.
Thanks very much

Hi @Chhieng ,
You could check the Issues forum here:

If it is not there, then you could post it.
Best Regards,

this seems to be a popular topic with dataflows - we had a couple of people mention this recently. Wonder if it is something they did on the service.
Anyway - please provide a more detailed explanation. What's the data source? How many columns? What have you tried and where you are stuck?
