We are showing bunch of percentages in an inverted bar graph as shown below.
Some of the percentages are returned as 0.
I dont think we could display them as N/A since the graph only reperesents number and wont be able to comprehend textual information. Am I right ?
Please provide a more detailed explanation of what you are aiming to achieve. What have you tried and where are you stuck?

when the value on the visual is 0, could we display N/A ?
0 is a number, "N/A" is a text. You cannot display different data types in the same field. This would only work if you formatted all numbers as text.
