Cost Estimate for Embedding Power BI Report with Power Apps and Power Automate in Azure Apps

Dear folks,

I am looking to embed a power bi report which contains power apps and power automate visuals inside in it along with different layers of RLS.
If I use embedded power bi in azure apps, how much cost it is per month in dollars?

Can you describe your users consuming reports? How many are just report vieweres vs. need to make changes to the reports? You can save cost by embedding/publishing reprot to web. Make this webpage a secure logged in page with no licensing cost to you. Keep in mind that it is suitable for report viewers only.

For users needing to build thier own reports will require min Pro license.

My users count should be 5 to 10 members. some of the other reports may have 20 members.
I have checked the provided embedded pricing, the minimum amount is $730 dollars per month. it is bit costly for these user strength. is there any way to reduce the cost?

I would advise to start with Power BI Pro license first for each user. 35 users X $10 = $350 per month

It is an internal report. My management can go to another tool to avoid this much cost.

I have seen the pricing details. but my doubt is to utilise the power bi embedded we need to pay $735 per month? it is equel to 73 pro licenses.
Is there anyway we can reduce the price?
