Cortana Test page not finding Power BI cortana card.

Hi, I'm having issues with Cortana integration or the Power BI Azure Search integration. https://app.powerbi.com/cortana/test

 

Does not find new Cortana card for new reports, Enabled Q&A and Cortana to access dataset. It works for previously published datasets but not for recent ones. Admin Portal Tenant settings for integrations are all enabled. Issue started happening recently, can be reproduced with the "Customer Profitability Sample" report comes with a built-in Cortana card called Executive Scorecard. 

 

1. Get Data, Samples, select "Customer Profitability Sample". https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/getdata/samples

2. Settings, Datasets, "Customer Profitability Sample", Q&A and Cortana, check Allow..., Apply. https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/settings/datasets

3. Wait 30 minutes max.

4. https://app.powerbi.com/cortana/test, Utterance: show executive scorecard. No interpretations found. You can try adding featured questions or other utterancess to the page, but still no luck.

 

If this works for you with a newely deployed dataset, then pls comment below. I wish there were more logs to help troubleshoot the Azure Search index api response.

I created case 119051225000118 with Azure support already and the tech reproduced the issue with their own dataset so they were going to escalate it.

Hello,

I'm unable change the page type to cortana in my power bi desktop nor enable Q&A and Cortona in the powerbi app.

Please suggest alternative methods to access dashboards using cortana. Thanks.

Is there an update on this issue? Seems to be causing trouble for older reports as well. 

I received more info from the product team, but I still havent arrived at a solution or fix. I recommend you create a case from the Azure portal to raise awareness under any subject just document your issue well. The support engineer will channel it well.
