Copy a dashboard from one workspace to another
I see some old threads on this, but I am wondering if there is any new functionality that allows you to copy a dashboard from one workspace to another on Power BI online?

If with functionality you mean a click on a button in the service: no.
But you can do it with the Power BI management cmdlets in PowerShell. Have a look at this blog, there's a sample script in there.

For dashboard, it is still not supported. But it is available for reports to make a copy across workspaces. Maybe you could copy the reports that the dashboard contained and create a new dashboard.

(It is supported to use datasets from other workspaces as well. You could take a look at it to learn more.)
Or you could reference the blog that nickyvv suggests to duplicate workspaces.
There are two ideas about copying a dashboard. Please vote them up and submit your comments to get the feature fixed quickly.
