Copy Visualizations from one report to another in Service

I am trying to copy visualizations from one report to a different report in service. This used to be possible by selecting reports from the workspace navigation pane in the same browser tab. However, I am not sure if it is any recent update but I dont get report list under the workspace names to be able to select and copy visuals between reports. Is there a setting somewhere to get the report list? Or any other way of copying visuals between different reports in Service?

    Hello Jay,

     

    The issue is not regarding copying visuals as an image. We are trying to to copy and paste visuals from one report to another in Service. 

    This used to be possible earlier as outlines here - https://powerbi.tips/2018/01/move-visuals-between-reports/

    But doesn't seem to work now.

     The report list under left pane doesn't show up anymore. Wondering if it has been removed in some recent updates.

    Hi nbitabc ,
    The copy-paste is working as mentioned over the link you provided in your comment in this thread.
    Please take a close look into the 3 points in "Points to Consider" section.

    The left pane does open up. Please follow below steps:
    1. Open Report 1

    2. Click on hamburger icon(red box in below image) at top left

    3. Click on workspace name

    4. Click on Report 2

      That is the issue right there. We don't get the Hamburger menu anymore.

        nbitabc ,
        That is pretty weird.
        You can do the below 3 things in this case:
        1. Try opening the repost in incognito mode

        2. Ask power bi admin if any setting is changed from default such that hamburger is hidden

        3. If above 2 doesn't fetch you results, raise a ticket with MS support indicating this as a bug; Please make sure you identify this issue is only for 1 workspace or all workspaces. Also, please make sure if this issue is user specific
