Copilot in Power BI Service with Premium per User is not working

Hello everybody. I hope you all are allright!

I am trying to use Copilot in Power BI Service. I have a Premium per User capacity asigned to the workspace where I want to use Copilot, but it reads "Copilot isn´t available in this Report". Isn't Premium per User working with Copilot in Power BI Service?

Hi @Chema_Ortega ,

Copilot is only available in Fabric Capacity(F64 and above) and Premium(P1 and above) licenses. 

• Your administrator needs to enable Copilot in Microsoft Fabric.
• Your F64 or P1 capacity needs to be in one of the regions listed in this article, Fabric region availability. If it isn't, you can't use Copilot.
• Your administrator needs to enable the tenant switch before you start using Copilot. See the article Copilot tenant settings for details.
• If your tenant or capacity is outside the US or France, Copilot is disabled by default unless your Fabric tenant admin enables the Data sent to Azure OpenAI can be processed outside your tenant's geographic region, compliance bound... tenant setting in the Fabric Admin portal.
• Copilot in Microsoft Fabric isn't supported on trial SKUs. Only paid SKUs (F64 or higher, or P1 or higher) are supported.
• Copilot is not available in Premium Per user license.

Are there any updates as if 05/2025 ? Since copilot is now available in F2 or higher as well. 

Is it available only for premium or PPU as well?
