As of the 2025 release, Power BI Copilot (within Microsoft Fabric) is not supported in a Power BI Embedded scenario.
Even if Copilot is enabled at the tenant level and works within the Power BI Service, the Copilot experience does not extend to embedded applications. This is expected behavior because Copilot currently requires the full Power BI user interface and Fabric experience, which are not exposed through Embedded APIs or embedded report iframes.
Microsoft has not yet announced an official roadmap or timeline for enabling Copilot capabilities in Power BI Embedded.
