Copilot for Powerbi in Spanish
Hi,
A few months ago, I set up Copilot for Power BI on a configured datamart. At the time, it wasn't working properly—it struggled to understand queries and generate accurate responses in Spanish.
I've recently tested it again and found that it's still not functioning correctly. The issues persist when working in Spanish.
Could you help me understand whether Copilot for Power BI still has limitations with languages other than English? I'd like to know if this is a known issue or if there's something I can adjust to improve performance.

Copilot for Power BI works best in English. While Spanish (and other languages) are partially supported at the UI level, Copilot’s reasoning, semantic understanding, and DAX generation are still English-first.

To align with what cengizhanarslan shared, Copilot for Power BI is currently English first. As noted in the documentation, prompts submitted in languages other than English may occasionally return relevant results, but multilingual usage is not officially supported at this time.Considerations and limitations
There is also no official roadmap or timeline available yet for full support of additional languages, including Spanish.
