Hi NP_NguyetAn , Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community Forum.
May I know if you have had a chance to check and try my suggestions? If you did and the issue persists, then the best next step is to report this issue to Microsoft Support. You can provide them with all the troubleshooting steps you've already taken, which will help them understand the issue better and provide a resolution.

Thank you.
Hi NP_NguyetAn ,
Based on Microsoft's Product Status Dashboard (https://support.fabric.microsoft.com/en-US/support/), there are currently no outages.
I have also tested Copilot on a few of my capacities and they are currently working as intended. It is possible that your Fabric admin may have disabled Copilot. In the case that you are the admin, can you check the Fabric Admin settings shown in this documentation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/copilot-enable-power-bi) to confirm Copilot is enabled?
If this helped, please mark it as the solution so others can benefit too. And if you found it useful, kudos are always appreciated.
Thanks,
Samson

Hi everyone,
I tried to check with my Admin and found the setting “Copilot and Azure OpenAI” is still enabled. However the issue still happens.
