    Ah, there is your issue.

I am afraid you will not be able to access Copilot on your current Power BI Capacity, as it is only a Power BI Embedded Capacity.

Copilot requires Power BI Premium P1 or greater, or a Fabric Capacity F64 or greater to work. See documentation here: Overview of Copilot in Fabric and Power BI (preview) - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn

    Hi Anusha.

Can you confirm that your report is in a Workspace which has been allocated to your Premium Capacity?

Also, can you confirm which Admin Settings you have turned on?

Hi again. You definitely have the right Admin Settings.

I'm wondering if the issue is with the capacity.

I notice your Workspace is an Embedded Workspace.

Do you know which Power BI Capacity you currently have? (eg. is it an A3, EM2, P2 or something like that?) You should be able to see under Capacity settings.
