Copilot Narrative working in web browser but not mobile app
Hi Community,
I have an issue where Copilot Narrative works fine when viewing my Power BI report in web browser, but not in the mobile app (see screenshots below - actual contents are dummy). Any suggestions?
(for avoidance of doubt, the report is in a Workspace within a F64 Fabric Capacity, and with all Copilot settings in Admin Centre enabled!)

Regarding the issue you raised, my solution is as follows:
1.The behavior you encounter is consistent with the current limitations of the Copilot Narrative feature. As of now, the Copilot Narrative feature is intended to work in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Services (Web version) and has not been extended to the Power BI mobile app. In Power BI Desktop and Power BI Services, you can use Copilot for Power BI to quickly create narratives about report pages. This narrative can summarize an entire report, a specific page, or even a specific visual object of your choice. If you need to use Copilot on your mobile device, you may need to look for other solutions.
