Is there a utility that can help migrate Oracle OBIEE Reports into Power BI?

Yes, you can use the OAC/OBIEE to Power BI Migration Utility for this task. This utility automates the migration of OAC/OBIEE assets to Power BI and Fabric, providing an efficient way to transfer your reports and dashboards. 

The Utility Works in 3 steps:

• Extract OAC/DV Reports
• Convert to Power BI
• Publish to Power BI Fabric Workspace

This utility ensures a smooth migration, retaining key functionality at the same time enables Power BI’s advanced features.

There is one for migrating of RPD to Analysis Services. It can convert OBIEE metadata to SSAS xmla, which can be executed over PBI Service using xmla endpoint. But reports themselves have to be built manually. The description is here:

I think it is possible to create the same kind of utility for reports using XML definition from OBIEE, although it is not that straightforward.

We dont have a utility to help you to migrate so you need to build the report from the scratch in Power BI.

1. Connect Data source

2. Build the relationships

3. Create reports and dashboards
