'Content not available' in URL link

Hi everyone,

I could realy use some advice with a problem I'm getting when trying to look at my report presentations. 

I had previously published my report to the web and shared it with the "link you can send in email" URL and it worked fine. But yesterday I was told that the link wasn't working, and sure enough, when I pressed the link, it would take me to a power bi page and display this 'content not available' message. I have tried several ways to fix this, including uploading the report again from my Power BI desktop under a different name just in case it was a problem of connection with my database or something, but nothing. I have also edited my presentations in the hope that it would give me a new url but it also doesn't work.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you fix it? Please help!
