Content Pack Error: Be sure to enter valid groups

Hi all,

I cannot seem to update or create a content pack that targets an Office 365 group. I get a red box that says "Be sure to enter valid groups" when I click update. If I just target users for access, it seems to work.

This used to work... any idea what is going on?
