Content Pack Doubts

Hi there I have few doubts in Content Packs -

1. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-organizational-content-pack-intr...

In the above documentation 6 and 7 tell us that we lose dataset as well, I created a content pack shared it with one of my other accounts, from the other account I connect to the shared content pack got data and then create new dashboard and report. from my first account I removed access to the second account, I lost dashboard and reports from the content pack but did not lose dataset. I also deleted the content pack and still able to access the dataset from the content pack in the second account, but it says that the dataset is no longer available.

2. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-organizational-content-pack-disc...

In the above documentation, there is an option to remove the content pack, but i do not find it in my service -

3. If I create a content pack with dataset that is obtained from live connection from another dataset, will there be any issues? If there is anything on this it will really help me.

please help, thank you.

Hi there

I would suggest moving things over to an App.

Content Packs are going to be depreciated and I would suggest doing the work now so you do not have to scramble later
