Contact your admin to enable embed code creation with Student Account

I'm afraid there is no solution here apart from talking to your tennant admin.

 

Publish to web is a free function but it's not secure. If you publish to web then anyone can see it. Many tennant admins will disable it to prevent data leakage. (I certainly have!).
