Contact Group Email Unable To Sign Up For Power BI Account

Hello,

My team wants to use a contact group email to sign up for a Power BI account for administrative purposes, however, there were no emails received to verify the email address hence we could not proceed with the registration.

FYI, a contact group, also known as a distribution list, is a grouping of e-mail addresses collected under one name.

A message sent to a contact group goes to all recipients listed in the group.

Say [email protected] is a contact group containing several receipients:-

[email protected]

[email protected]

[email protected]

Hence, every emails that were sent to [email protected] will be automatically directed to [email protected], [email protected] & [email protected]

So, my question is, can a contact group email be registered for a Power BI account?
