Consume Paginated Reports via Power BI Service

Hello guys,

if I want to publish a Paginated Reports (RDL) via Power BI Report Builder in Power BI Service, I need a Premium License.

If this is a Power BI Premium Pro per user, can users with a Pro license then also consume the content from it and export the report to Excel for example?

Hello @Chris_23 ,

in the announcement they said that premium per user content can only be consumed by other people with premium per user.

Paginated Reports are also premium content, so I'm afraid they can only be consumed from other people with premium per user.
