Good morning all,
My organization is currently implementing some data governance policies, and one of the included changes is going to be limiting who can create workspaces through the admin portal.
One question that I have that I can't seem to find the answer to is what will be the fate of the workspaces already created? Will the creators of those workspaces still be able to use and publish content to them? Will the become inaccessible? Will the old workspaces simply be "archived"?
Any guidance or information here will be greatly appreciated!
Hi @Ncf5031
Nothing will happen to the Workspaces already created. They will remain as is. They wont be archived. Users who already had access to them will continue to have access to them.
They just wont be able to create new Workspaces if they arent part of the user list who will be eligible to do so. So the Create Workspace button will be greyed out for them.
