Connection via excel cannot be made.

Hello,

Does any know why I can't refresh my excel report which has a live connection to a main PBI dataset?

Below is the error message I'm getting. Thanks!

Hi,

Do you only have a problem with live connection in Excel? Did you try to live connect to a service dataset from Power BI Desktop?
We are facing issues with live connection in Power BI Desktop, so wondering if this is organizational or global issue. Excel is not working neither.

Hey @polybius  for me the issue is only via excel.

I can create the same report o desktop conneting lively to the main dataset, also on service. But for some reason excel is down for a few days.

Hi @ROG - it seems that our connection problem is now resolved - we can connect both vith PBI Desktop and Excel. If the issue persists, maybe it's worth to open a support ticket?
