Connection to Mongo DB using a Power BI gateway

I would be grateful for some help.

I have a Power BI data flow that uses a Gateway to connect to Mongo DB.

When I query the table, there are columns missing. These columns are stored in an array and not populated for all records. Any idea why this would happen?
