Hi Aniya Zhang Thanks for your Reply, It was causing due to connection waiting time was default.
The issue sorted for me by Increasing the Connection Timeout in PBIX, where to update the Connection Timeout in PBIX? Check out the below link.

According to your error message provided, it seems that a timeout error was encountered when configuring the connection of Oracle data sources for the gateway, and the error appeared when the connection request, it should be a connectivity problem, if it is convenient, you can install and configure the Oracle connection environment on the gateway computer, and install Power BI desktop to determine whether there is any problem with the connection. If Power BI desktop can be successfully connected to the gateway computer, you need to collect gateway logs for further local research.
